Stephen Ministers are the Christian caregivers who are there for you when life-changing situations occur. In times of grief, loss, pain, or transition, Stephen Ministers are here to walk alongside you, listen and pray while keeping all information confidential.
 Through our circle opportunities for involvement include prayer, advocacy, engagement, education and giving. Each person is welcome to determine how they will be involved.

The primary purpose of this multigenerational group is to educate ourselves (through books, articles, blogs, movies, TV, etc.) to become antiracists. Then we actively work to recognize, resist, and where possible, dismantle racism wherever it occurs.

We have one book at a time with light reading each week, as well as supplemental videos. Additionally, there is time for sharing and prayer. Newcomers welcome!
Families with young children dinner and fellowship at the Matt and Rachel's.  Right now, the children are mostly under 5 but anyone with children is welcome. First time just come!

Heritage Estates Chimes

The Heritage Chimers is an ensemble of 13 residents at Heritage Estates who rehearse weekly on three octaves of hand chimes. Our music ministry promotes social interaction, lots of fun, teamwork, and challenging brain stimulation

This musical group is made up of Heritage Estates residents and sings popular songs primarily from the 1940s and 1950s.  There are no auditions and no fees.  It is directed by Jean Braun, with Mary Burnham accompanying on piano and Evelynne Schwartz as host and song leader.

Honoring the roots of the A-MEN breakfast established at Asbury many years ago, provides a place for men to share and support each other in the joys and challenges of their daily lives, and to discuss current events as they affect the community and world.
